The RAM for MVS/ESA servers
The Ram Servers acts like a "manager of managers". Each Ram Servers runs multi-threads applications in a single address-space under the IBM MVS mainframes. A cluster of more than one Ram Servers may be configured at your site to ensure 24 hours, 7 days a week robustness and availability. Clusters of Ram Servers possess builtin checkpoint/restart capabilities, as well as out-of-the-box functionalities to host your management and automation of IT infrastructure and network components. Each of the Ram Servers may interact with one another in parallel mode or in a master-slave relationship. The Ram Servers host a configurable bunch of multi-threads applications and specialized adapters. Every applications hosted by our Ram Servers may be configured to receive operator commands, get access to common functionalities such as a centralized logging mechanism, trace mode and debugging facilities, exchange of data with one another, database and vsam file access, a built-in scheduler, tables and inline parameters and configuration files, in-memory queue of events and timers, the ability to issue commands and trap their outputs, and more. A Ram Server is a generic multi-task applications monitors platform which is highly configurable, flexible and very efficient, and because it runs on your mainframe, it gives you the peace of mind that it will be continuously running in the most secure and reliable environment.
