The RAM Satellite Gateway or RamSag is one of our gateway that allows us to communicate and exchange information with various satellite applications and others proprietary software or technology such as Oracle Database, Perigrine Service Center, Remedy, Unix, Windows and much more. The Ram Sags receives, schedules and processes what we call "unit of works" which is a single piece of command or action in a much larger business rules scheme. This can be things such as opening, closing or modifying a problem ticket, sending a fax or a page to someone, launching a remote command and trapping its output, and more.  The Ram Sags runs under Windows or under a Unix platform.
