The Ram Work Stations are used by technicians as operator's consoles. They allow first and second level technicians to interact with the events management and be aware of what's being done at every single stage of the event processing. Through the Ram Work Stations, operators may zoom-in and get detailed information about current events, launch some remote commands to further diagnose and correct endpoints problems if any, browse at historical data and alerts, and more. At one of our customer site, the Ram Work Stations has been configure to remotely monitor, activate and de-activate some of the ATM's functionalities. Some views on the Ram Work Stations are configured to show up events and alerts that required a manual operator intervention within their business logic. Additional commands and buttons may easily be defined on Ram Work Stations using our proprietary ASL script language similar to Basic. Statistics and others metrics which provides current business impacts due to fault anywhere in your IT environment,  may also be shown on the Ram Work Stations. Ram Work Stations runs on the Windows platform and may be used remotely on laptop to interact with your Ram environment.
